getting up is stupid.

going to sleep is stupid.

eating is stupid.

living is stupid.

I just want to be thin like I was last year.

They kept on saying that I was “malnourished.” How can 130 lbs, 5’3.5”, be in anyway malnourished? I’m fatter than I have ever been in my life. I don’t grow. I just want to have my old body back.

I just want to be thin and beautiful again.

I can’t do this. I can’t do this year after year, over and over again, expecting these results.

I just can’t.

I’m tired. So tired. I don’t want this.

I just want to feel ok. I don’t know how I can.

Protein Nutella
A substitute for Nutella (a delicious hazelnut spread very popular here in Europe but full of palm oil and sugar)

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of vanilla whey protein
- 1/4 cup of casein protein
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1/2 cup of milk
- a few drops of hazelnut flavoring

Mix everything together (or blend with a hand mixer if you’d like a smoother consistency) and enjoy.
